2-Way Piping Connections

The refrigerant piping, condensate drain piping and electrical wiring are concealed behind the indoor unit head and can enter on the left or right side for installation  flexibility.

24-Hour Timer

This feature allows the user to program the unit to start and stop automatically during any 24-hour period.

Auto Defrost

The Auto Defrost feature prevents the indoor unit from freezing up and helps maintain humidity control while in lower temperature conditions.

Auto Restart Function

If the air conditioner turns off unexpectedly due to a power outage, it will restart with the previous settings automatically when the power resumes.

E-Box Inside

Easy maintenance is achieved by having the electronic controls within the indoor unit’s housing. This integrated design allows for a more compact size, easier installation and maintenance.

Follow Me Feature (Hand Held Remote)

At the push of a button, the follow me feature uses the internal temperature sensor located in the hand held remote and provides the user with more individualized temperature control. When this feature is not used, a sensor located in the indoor head monitors the room’s return air average temperature for reference.

Inverter Technology

With an Inverter Heat Pump, the outdoor unit uses only the energy required to meet the desired room temperature, thus reducing electricity consumption while maximizing system efficiency and occupant comfort.

Louver Position Memory

Horizontal louver will automatically move to the same position as set the last time the unit was turned on.

Refrigerant Leak Detection

In the unlikely event of a refrigerant leak, the indoor unit will display an “EC” error code and the system will turn itself off. This protects the compressor from high temperature damage due to a low refrigerant condition. If this condition occurs, a qualified service technician must be called to diagnose and take corrective action.

Sleep Well

In the Cooling Mode, this function allows the air conditioner to gradually increase the temperature setpoint by up to 4 degrees during the first 2 hours of being activated and then will maintain the temperature for the next 5 hours. Once the cycle is complete, the unit automatically turns itself off.

In the Heating Mode, this function allows the unit to gradually decrease the temperature setpoint up to 4 degrees during the first 2 hours of being activated and then will maintain the temperature for the next 5 hours. Once the cycle is complete, the unit automatically turns itself off.

This function achieves both energy saving and comfort at night.
