An AC electrical whip is a pre-assembled kit containing flexible liquid-tight conduit, pre-wired stranded copper THHN wires (usually 3 wires including a ground), and fittings (one straight and one 90-degree connector). It safely connects an outdoor HVAC condensing unit or heat pump to the external power disconnect box
